The road to 100 followers: three dates and one takeaway
I keep a milestone list on the channel panel, because from the inside growth is invisible. Here they are, unrounded.

What moved it
Not one-off good streams. There was no spike between 50 and 100 — there was regularity: six days a week at the same hour. Someone who finds the channel once knows when to come back. It is a boring answer and I do not have a better one.
What did not
Guessing what might land. I tried bending the format towards whatever looked popular, and it returned exactly nothing except the feeling of doing someone else's job. Live-coding Vue 3 is not a mass-market topic, but it is what I am actually doing.
200 is the next mark. Same method.
