Why Vue, not React
Chat asks me regularly why Vue when there are more React jobs. The honest, boring answer: I tried both, React never clicked, and Vue did.
What won me over
The Composition API gives the same flexibility as hooks, but reactivity stays visible
A template stays a template — I read markup, not JSX expressions
The entry bar is lower without the ceiling feeling any closer
What it costs
There genuinely are fewer openings. I know that and I am deliberately going deep on one tool instead of shallow on two. As long as TypeScript and an understanding of reactivity sit underneath, moving to React is a couple of weeks, not a career.
